What level of public liability do you hold?
We continually hold a public liability insurance policy to cover up to $20,000,000 per event. Our insurer is QBE.

Are you registered for WorkCover?
Yes, we maintain WorkCover insurance through Allianz to cover our liabilities under the Workplace Injury and Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (and amendments).

How long with the design in our school playground last?
The longevity of playground designs applied by Brighter Lines depends on a number of factors including:

• surface type
• volume of traffic and amount of use
• cover and UV exposure
• under a tree (bird droppings will cause wear)

In addition, the area surrounding the design may also impact on its lifetime e.g. an adjacent sand pit can act like sandpaper against the design. On average, designs painted by Brighter Lines last in excess of 5 years.

Will the playground design be slippery?
Absolutely not! Playground designs applied by Brighter Lines will not be slippery or dangerous for your students. The paint used in our playground markings has been designed after extensive research, utilising a textured, anti-skid component.
